Why Grocontinental?
Our great team of people are at the heart of our business and our aim is to ensure that the strong family values and commitment to our staff that were established back in the 1930s, continue today.
We have a loyal and committed workforce with over 40 members of staff working with us for more than 10 years. Training and development of staff are key; and recognising talent and making sure it is honed and realised.
The last word is left to Paul Crowther, Grocontinental’s longest-serving member of staff, who joined the company in 1970 and has notched up almost 39 years of service:
'To me Grocontinental, despite it's international status, remains a family-run organisation. At it's heart, Ray, David and Linda Grocott are on first name terms with their staff, many of whom have worked for the company for a considerable number of years. This is a special place to work.'
