Paul joined the company in 2003 from a warehousing and manufacturing company working alongside major retailers and airlines within the UK and Holland.
Within our ever-evolving business, Paul manages the company's health and safety programme, quality management systems and projects such as seasonal uplift and, as part of his varied role, has responsibility for the sorting hall and cheese cutting.
