Company HR Manager (Full-Time)

Grocontinental is one of the UK's leading storage and distribution companies offering multi-temperature storage and transport to the food industry.
Reporting to the Joint Managing Director, we are seeking to recruit an experienced professional to lead our HR strategy and support the 300 people we employ.
Key responsibilities will include:- Developing and maintaining HR policies
- Developing and implementing a company training and development strategy
- Pro-actively develop the line management capability
- Devising and implementing an appropriate performance management process
Ideally, candidates will::
- Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar HR management role
- Have first-class relationship building skills
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of collaborative working
- Have the ability to influence senior management
- Be CIPD qualified, degree or equivalent
