Grocontinental has reached the final of the prestigious Motor Transport “Best Use of Technology Award”
The Judges were looking for an innovative project that used technology to enhance service and resulted in a clear benefit to customers. Grocontinental’s entry described how the “Groconnectivity” project has developed a bespoke online ordering system which can work for its entire customer base.
The goal was to provide a system that made customers feel as though they were on site with Grocontinental.
The Judges’ comments “Very useful benefits for customers and simple to use.” The winner will be announced at the Motor Transport Awards to be held in Grosvenor House, London on July 13th.
