  • SUMMER BALL RAISES £7,000 FOR LOCAL CHARITIES

    The Grocontinental 70th Anniversary Summer Ball has raised £7,000 for two Shropshire charities.  Funds will be shared between Whitchurch Hospital and the Severn Hospice.

    A Grocontinental driver has retired from driving after 37 years behind the wheel for the Shropshire-based haulage and storage company.

    Len Guest, joined the company in 1973 and has clocked up 3.5 million miles, driven in over 20 countries and taken control of 14 different vehicles, nine of which were brand new.
